Consent to processing of the personal data1. The present User's Agreement (hereinafter Agreement) is an integral part of the Agreement on the use of the online store "lesgrodno.eus.by" located at lesgrodno.eus.by (hereinafter – the Agreement) and is given to the online store for the sole purpose of providing the final User the possibility of using resources of the online store. 2. The terms and their definitions in this Agreement used terms and their definitions given in the Agreement as well:the term "personal data" applies in determining the value, established by article 8 of the law of the Republic of Belarus dated 21.07.2008 No. 418-Z "On the population register" within the meaning of and the definition of "basic personal data"; the term "consent" means the consent of the User to perform actions with the information concerning the User related to commercial or other protected by law secret, for the purposes of resource usage, the single portal and providing access to electronic services via the Internet;the term "action" means the collection, processing, storage, recording, systematization, accumulation, specification (updating, change), extraction, use, and removal of information resources (systems) of the Republic of Belarus on the User's personal data, in compliance with the requirements specified by the law on information, Informatization and protection of information. 3. Confirmation of Consent is in the process of User registration on the single portal through the User clicks \"I agree with terms of use of portal resources and transfer of personal data\", placed under the form. The moment of registration of the personal account (account) means to confirm its consent with the Consent and agreement to all the terms of the Agreement and unconditional acceptance .4. By accepting the terms of this Consent and Agreement, the User confirms that when registering "personal account" (account) at lesgrodno.eus.by the User has reliable personal information, consents to the implementation of actions with their personal data and information relating to the User and related to a commercial or other protected by law secret, the owner of the online store "lesgrodno.eus.by" in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Belarus in compliance with the requirements defined by the law on information, Informatization and protection of information. 5. The purpose of getting the online store "lesgrodno.eus.by" User Consent is to enable the User to use the resources of the online store by registering a personal account (account. The operator of the online store has the right to perform actions with User's personal data and information relating to the User and related to a commercial or other protected by law secret, during the term of the User access to the online store. 6. This Consent is valid from the date of granting by the User to the online store "lesgrodno.eus.by" in order, established by paragraph 3 of this Agreement, and shall continue until the termination of User's access to a single portal. 7. Online shop "lesgrodno.eus.by" not responsible for the distortion and leakage of personal information, information concerning the User related to commercial or other protected by law secret over an insecure communication channel.
